This ponytail cuff is made of a generous amount of silk twill that is gathered on two ends (top & Bottom)into a snug little circle so you can just pop it onto a ponytail (if your hair is full and thick or a doubled pony making an instant bun. Tighten the shape (as pictured) by twisting the top and bottom in oposite directions before putting it on or leave is loose like a large flower around your ponytail.
