Colette Malouf free shipping applies on all ground orders of $150+ every single day to the continental U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii, but do not apply for U.S. territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands) and APO/FPO addresses. Taxes and gift cards do not apply to your order total. Additional fees apply for express or overnight shipping, where available. International orders, including Canada and Mexico, are not eligible for the offer.

If you place your order before 3 PM EST Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), we begin processing the same day. If you place it after 3 PM EST, we begin processing and shipping the next business day. We process orders within 1 to 2 business days, after credit card verification.

We do ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses.
SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII & PUERTO RICO
For deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, select two-day or next-day air services for expedited delivery. Deliveries to Puerto Rico will be shipped via UPS; the shipping cost is determined at checkout and will vary based upon freight fees.
We ship to more than 40 countries around the world using a third party shipping company.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING DETAILS
We will ship orders to the address you indicate as long as it meets the address requirements at checkout. Upon delivery of your items to the carrier, you assume risk of loss as well as ownership of items purchased through the website, and you are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. If you refuse delivery of your order, it will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer three shipping methods for online orders: (1) Standard ground shipping (2) 2-Day Delivery, and (3) Next-Day Delivery.
Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering. Some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Fridays after 3 PM EST, on Saturdays, Sundays and nationally observed U.S. holidays.
Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out-of- stock or backordered. You will be notified in both instances. In the even of a backorder, we will provide an approximate date of shipment.

Please use the chart below to estimate standard shipping and handling charges based on the pre-tax value of U.S. orders. For express and overnight delivery, add $5-$10 and $20-$30 respectively. Rates apply to orders shipping to the contiguous U.S., Alaska and Hawaii.
We ship to all U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Overnight and express delivery are unavailable for these destinations.

Merchandise ordered on colettemalouf.com can be shipped to all 52 U.S. states, including Puerto Rico, Guam and to APO/FPO boxes (subject to the terms below). We currently use a third party to ship colettemalouf.com purchases internationally.

NOTE: All deliveries to Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO and P.O. boxes are shipped via our Standard Ground Shipping method only. For Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and all APO/FPO and P.O. boxes, please allow additional time for delivery to these destinations. Additionally, for some orders having a high dollar value over a certain threshold, we may require signature for the delivery, which means they may not be eligible for Standard Ground Shipping.
SOME ITEMS MAY SHIP SEPARATELY
Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. If you have chosen an expedited shipping method, each individual shipment may have a separate charge, but the total shipping charges for all shipments should not exceed the applicable shipping charge for the entire order. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked on the Order Status page under the same order number.
We generally prefer to group each order in one shipment and will notify you if you’ll experience some delay.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses.
Due to regulatory restrictions, we are unable to ship items made of exotic skins to California.
Colette Malouf E-Gift Cards are delivered via email only, typically on the same day of purchase, and are ready to use within 24 hours. Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable email address.
IN STORE PICKUP
There is no in-store pick-up.
OUT OF STOCK
In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is Out of Stock will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled, and you will not be charged for that item. We will give you an approximate date of back-in-stock availability.
A short shipment occurs when we ship to you fewer items than the items for which you initially were able to place an order. For example, we may ship to you only two of a certain item even though you placed an order for three. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible if we will be able to ship the remaining items later, or if we will have to cancel them.
You may be able to pre-order some items that are not yet available for immediate delivery. The Pre-Order message will appear on the product detail pages. A credit card is required for pre-ordered items, and your credit card will be authorized for the price of pre-order as a pending charge. However, we will not charge your credit card for the order until your pre-ordered item(s) actually get shipped.
